A Family Legacy Built on Nearly 50 Years of Experience

Larry Williams, our founder and President, has spent almost five decades in the trucking industry. He’s been a driver, dispatcher, broker, and owner. His reputation runs deep, and it’s no surprise that just about everyone in the industry knows his name.

But the Williams family story started long before Larry Williams Trucking, LLC opened its doors in 2002.

In 1967, Larry’s father, Perry Williams, launched a refrigerated trucking company in Colcord, Oklahoma. With major customers like Georges, Town & Country, and Plus Poultry, Perry quickly grew his fleet to 60 trucks. A&W Trucking Services became a well‑known, respected operation for nearly 15 years.

In 1980, Perry expanded into A&W Redi‑Mix Concrete, opening locations across Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri. During this time, Larry drove concrete trucks for the family business, gaining firsthand experience behind the wheel.

Driven to build something of his own, Larry spent years learning every corner of the industry. In 2002, he founded Larry Williams Trucking, LLC. His sister, Jayne Galloway, joined him in 2003 as Office Manager, and a few years later, Lisa Galloway came on board and now serves as our COO. Together, this family team fueled steady growth and created strong opportunities within the region.

Today, Larry Williams Trucking remains proudly family‑owned and committed to excellence. Whether it’s OTR, Regional, Shuttle, or Lease Purchase, we deliver safe, reliable, on‑time service tailored to our customers’ needs.
